You may contact a Listing's owner directly. You may not sell, copy, distribute, license, transfer, publish, display, link to another website, transmit, download, store, post, enter into a database or in any way exploit the Content, including the Listings, in whole or in part without a written permission or approval of whatproperty.ng.

No person, including without limitation any real estate broker or real estate professional, may market or make commercial use of Broker's Listings or Content in any way, including without limitation, advertising Broker's Listings, copying Broker's Listings for its own commercial use or use on other websites or in marketing materials, or contacting directly Broker's customers or Listings' owners. Any real estate agent who sign up and registers with Whatproperty.ng have read, understood and agreed to our Referral Agreement Policy to pay 5% of agency fee paid by client of Whatproperty.ng on all rental properties and pay 2.5% of agency fee received on sales properties. The real estate agent agrees to provide accurate information, complete and updated as requested on the form filled, being Whatproperty.ng not obliged to supervise or control the accuracy of the information. By registering with Whatproperty.ng service, you agree that we can send you emails about your account, other whatproperty.ng services and occasional third party offers. You can manage your communication preferences or unsubscribe from communications at any time. Only those individuals who have full legal capacity are allowed to advertise listings on the website. The real estate agent agrees that by registering he will be scrutinized to be accepted by Whatproperty.ng who may refuse or cancel his or her agent account at any time, whether by complaints or by internal policy. The Whatproperty.ng further reserves the right to use all legal means possible and to identify its users, as well as to request, at any time, additional data and documents it considers appropriate in order to verify personal data provided by the user or agents.

All personal information you provide to us will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Neither Whatproperty.ng, the Content providers, or any person involved in the creation, production, distribution of this Web Site warrant that the functions contained in this Web Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the server that makes the Content available will be free of viruses or other harmful components. It is only the user such as property seeker or renter shall have the right to assert a claim under cash back policy only. No real estate agent shall have the right to assert a claim under these  Terms and Conditions. Real Estate Agency Relationships Seller's agent A seller’s agent is an agent who is engaged by a seller to represent the seller’s interests. The seller’s agent does this by securing a buyer for the seller’s home at a price and on terms acceptable to the seller. A seller’s agent has, without limitation, the following fiduciary duties to the seller: reasonable care, undivided loyalty, confidentiality, full disclosure, obedience and duty to account. A seller’s agent does not represent the interests of the buyer. The obligations of a seller’s agent are also subject to any specific provisions set forth in an agreement between the agent and the seller. In dealings with the buyer, a seller’s agent should (a) exercise reasonable skill and care in performance of the agent’s duties; (b) deal honestly, fairly and in good faith; and (c) disclose all facts known to the agent materially affecting the value or desirability of property, except as otherwise provided by law. Buyer’s Agent A buyer’s agent is an agent who is engaged by a buyer to represent the buyer’s interests.

A buyer’s agent does not represent the interest of the seller. The obligations of a buyer’s agent are also subject to any specific provisions set forth in an agreement between the agent and the buyer. In dealings with the seller, a buyer’s agent should (a) exercise reasonable skill and care in performance of the agent’s duties; (b) deal honestly, fairly and in good faith; and (c) disclose all facts known to the agent materially affecting the buyer’s ability and/or willingness to perform a contract to acquire seller’s property that are not inconsistent with the agent’s fiduciary duties to the buyer. Broker’s Agent A broker’s agent is an agent that cooperates or is engaged by a listing agent or a buyer’s agent (but does not work for the same firm as the listing agent or buyer’s agent) to assist the listing agent or buyer’s agent in locating a property to sell or buy, respectively, for the listing agent’s seller or the buyer agent’s buyer.

The broker’s agent does not have a direct relationship with the buyer or seller and the buyer or seller cannot provide instructions or direction directly to the broker’s agent. The buyer and the seller therefore do not have vicarious liability for the acts of the broker’s agent. The listing agent or buyer’s agent do provide direction and instruction to the broker’s agent and therefore the listing agent or buyer’s agent will have liability for the acts of the broker’s agent.
